• All payments must be made according to the agreed project milestones or subscription plans

• No refunds will be issued for completed work or deployed products unless explicitly stated in a service agreement

VDS Infotech is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
• Data loss, security breaches, or downtime caused by third-party platforms or hosting providers
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including technical failures or force majeure
